Carmen Electra - 2006 Teen Choice Awards

Carmen Electra has been at the top of the hotlist for as long as I can remember. My only question is, when you are going to Teen Choice Awards which is very popular amongst impressionable young people, should you not try to look less slutty? Another question is - Can Carmen Electra not look hot?
